Overview

The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Fellowship is now open for applications, inviting aspiring entrepreneurs from around the world to join a transformative program focused on addressing urgent global challenges. This exclusive fellowship is designed to equip a select group of innovative leaders with the resources, guidance, and network needed to create sustainable, impactful solutions. The CGI Fellowship will select 25 individuals to develop CGI Commitments to Action — new, specific, and measurable projects that advance solutions to critical challenges including the climate crisis, global health inequity, humanitarian crises. Fellows will have a high-profile platform to showcase these commitments at the CGI 2025 Annual Meeting.

The CGI Fellows will receive;

  • Resource Access: Access to mentorship, resources, networks, and partnerships through CGI and its network. This will enable Fellows to compete to secure funding, have access to expertise, and collaboration opportunities to enhance the success of their projects.  
  • Participation at the CGI Annual Meeting: Receive an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the CGI 2025 Annual Meeting in New York City in September. This includes coverage for conference registration, travel expenses, and accommodation
  • Virtual and In-Person Community Building Events: Receive exclusive invitations to events that will aim to foster a sense of community within the cohort, strengthen relationships among peers, network, and share progress on their Commitments to Action.
  • Support in Impact Evaluation: Receive support measuring and reporting the impact of their projects against the goals they set out in their initial Commitment to Action proposal.

Eligibility Criteria/Program Details;

  • Part-time, personalized program means fellows can continue their other pursuits.
  • No relocation necessary.
  • One-year fellowship experience is virtual except for the in-person CGI Annual Meeting in September 2025 in New York City, which all CGI Fellows will be invited to attend, expenses covered.
  • No cost to participate.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of admission.

Application Deadline: November, 20th for early decision. December, 20th for regular decision.
