Beyond Borders Network, was born from the need to provide a global platform that connects Black and ethnically diverse professionals with the resources and networks to advance and thrive in their careers.

We achieve this in two ways:

Provide a global platform that connects Black entrepreneurs and professionals with the resources and networks to advance and thrive.
We serve as a bridge for companies looking to hire the best Black talent in the Diaspora and the continent.

Amarachi Johnson-Ubah is a Developer Community Manager, passionate about making tech accessible through education and community building.

She has over 4 years experience building and managing developer and open source communities across the globe.

Edewe Bolton

Edewe is a Technical Program Manager in Microsoft helping to deliver new features within their Azure Cloud division.

She is also a cloud and cybersecurity expert helping people break into tech with Thetechieco, a training and mentoring program founded by her and her sister.

Mutale Mulenga

Mutale is an experienced recruiting professional with a background spanning four years in the tech industry.

Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in talent acquisition, focusing on recruiting for positions ranging from early career to VP level across various departments.

Martins Udotai

Martins Udotai stands at the forefront of disruptive technology in the ecommerce and hospitality sectors, bringing a wealth of experience as a serial entrepreneur and mechanical engineer by training.

His love for innovation has led him to harness the potential of technology to develop and scale transformative products.

Gbemisola Adetayo

Gbemisola Adetayo is an innovative strategist and certified project management professional.

She has worked as a technology consultant for global organizations including the WHO, CoCa-Cola, and has managed software delivery projects budgeted up to $200M once facilitating a record breaking $4.4M in revenue in 1month.

Iyanu Odebode

Iyanuoluwa Odebode, Ph.D is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive expertise in the fields of computer science, bioinformatics, and information systems.

Holding a BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Bioinformatics, and a PhD in Information Systems, he has developed a unique skill set that merges knowledge from multiple disciplines.

Chibueze Dunphy Ewuzie

Chibueze is an experienced product marketing leader with over a decade of experience in enterprise and startup companies. His work spans both consumer-focused & B2B products, with him leading product and product marketing teams.

He has had the unique opportunity to work, develop significant expertise in, strategy development, and the creation of sales and marketing collaterals.

Franklin Nwachukwu

Franklin’s passion for excellence is evidenced by his participation in the 2019 Mini MBA in the Venture In Management Program at the Lagos Business School, where he emerged as the Most Outstanding Male Participant.

As a Black professional in the United States, Franklin is dedicated to inspiring fellow Black students to achieve their full potential, regardless of their race or color.
